1982 BJ42 diesel Land Cruiser
Rust free and looks like new!!!!!!!
This vehicle is a 1982, but I had to list it as a 1980 because Ebay would not recognize the vin number I have as a 1982.
This might be due to the fact this bj was imported directly from Japan to New Zealand?
The vin number is: BJ42003936
This is the vin number that was on the official New Zealand registration form that I recieved from the seller and that I used to get the SouthCarolina title and the number George found on the frame today, May 14.
If you have any problems with this VIN number, please do not bid on this vehicle. I bought this Land ruiser from the 2nd NZ owner and he bought it from the original NZ owner in 1985. If there is a mix up of any kind, it was by the LTSA ( Land Transport Service Authority) in NZ. The LTSA went to computers around 1983 and many VIN mistakes were made on older vehicles during the process of computerizing the vehicle registrations. I have a clear South Carolina with the above mentioned VIN number and that is what will be given to the high bidder / buyer.

New Windshield
I had a new windshield and new rubber windshield gasket installed ( both original Toyota parts) because there were some rock chips and light scratches in general on the original windshield and the truck looks too nice not to have a perfect windshield.
