Since we move large volumes of vehicles at smaller profit margins as a wholesale vendor for many of the largest dealer groups across the south we feel it is important to let the buying public set the market price. Our philosophy is simple; anyone who has seriously been in the market for one of the vehicles we list immediately notices the quality and bargain price. With the average auto dealer making in excess of $2500 profit on the sale of a used vehicle (we usually make less than $200 per unit selling to the same dealer) we continue to deliver large quantities of cars both wholesale and over the Internet. We do not have a retail car lot and only offer retail cars at wholesale on Internet auction sites. Keep in mind we do not have large overhead to cover like a dealer group so we make our revenue by selling in volume. Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (in person), Certified check, Postal money order or Bank Transfer. Payment in full must be received within 5 days from the closing date of the auction. Sales Tax and Fees Texas buyers pay 6.25% state sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales are subject to Texas VIT tax based on .00300 of the purchase price, plus $50.00 documentary fee. TITLE INFORMATION
In the State of Texas, most titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in
receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing,
there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. Titles will be forwarded by overnight service for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. All of the carriers utilized by our firm are licensed and insured, reputable carriers. We assume no responsibility for damage incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. We are not affiliated with any carrier, therefore, any claims or communications regarding shipment of the vehicles will be between you, (the buyer) and the shipper.
