You are buying this car in an as is where is condition. We can only give you the information that we know about this car. We did not build it. We have the right to end this auction at any time during the sale due to this car being for sale on our lot locally.
If you are high bidder, this means you bought it. It does not mean that you've earned the right to come, take a look, renegotiate price or decide if you want it or not. This is a legal binding contract. The 10% deposit is non-refundable and must be paid within 24 hours by eithe, "next day air" cashiers check, cash, money order, or direct bank wire transfer. The balance is due within 14 days and must also be paid with cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer. The car must be picked up within 14 days unless prior arrangements have been made. It will not leave until i have been completely paid in full.(cashier check must clear first). The buyer is responsible for any and all delivery costs.
